Treehab uses a direct-pay model, which means that we do not bill insurance companies or engage with health plans. This allows us to provide quality treatment without restrictions.
Our rate accounts for the quality training and expertise of your guide, and the individualized care provided to promote your safety and progress toward your goals.

Methods of payment
Cash
Direct cash method is possible and you will be provided with a copy of your receipt upon payment in order to keep for your records.
Credit/Debit/HSA Cards
We accept most major credit and debit cards through a point of sale service. We also accept Health Savings Account cards, and we will issue a receipt upon payment.
No Health Plans or Medicare
We do not bill insurance companies, which allows us to provide treatment without restrictions. Clients with Medicare only eligible for Recreation.
Additional information
Clients who receive Medicare coverage are not eligible to participate in our physical therapy services because of restrictions that conflict with our direct payment model and our choice to have no relationship with Medicare. Instead, these clients are encouraged to choose our recreation service, which is not a covered service under Medicare, making it eligible for participation, but still not financially reimbursed. Please feel comfortable to reach out to us with questions regarding your circumstance.
We do not currently work with patients who are seeking care as part of a personal injury claim or work-compensation claim.
If you must cancel an appointment we request at least 48 hours notice.
